大理50k,我的skyrunning

从大理回来后,经过几天的冷静、沉淀,决定好好回味下我的大理50。明年去的朋友也可以有所参考。由于今年的50申报为Skyrunning赛事,又增加了一部分路段的爬升难度,估计明年主办方会继续深化打造最精华的50km Skyrunning,但100km肯定也会延续,如果你对自己把握不大,我建议你最好踏踏实实报个50。

赛前篇

其实我去年就准备报名首届大理的,结果九月黄马回来后得了水痘,痊愈后身体状态可能不是很好,体检没有过,只能作罢。今年二月开放报名后第一时间就报上了,我报名的原因很简单,因为大理离我较近,暂且先报个50探路,2000多的爬升对我来说并不可怕,平时训练都是2000左右的爬升,没有觉得吃力。

而且今年我的月量都能到300左右,赛前几周的量都在80以上,这个量对付50应该是比较认真的,但100的话可能会显得不足,所以报名50算是保守和谨慎的,按照预想,正常发挥将轻松完赛,预估完赛会在十小时左右。

赛前不久,组委会发出公告50组升级为Skyrunning赛事,累计爬升2900。我理解的Skyrunning不过就是直线爬升而已,也没有太害怕。赛前一周的周末特地去了海拔1900的川西进行高原适应,另外试穿一下新鞋saucony kinvara TR——中等极简的越野跑鞋,我平时是以赤足极简为主的,但一次碎石路段的训练后明白了大理这种有大量碎石路段的线路如果我还穿极简那死定了。另外也正好赶上中国最好吃的川西车厘子上市,顺便大吃特吃。非常不小心,在最后一天训练大汗淋漓后坐朋友车贪凉开窗吹风,第二天有点小感冒流鼻涕,至此二年多不感冒的金身被破。

比赛篇

说实话,赛前是一度有冒进思想的,主要表现为不想、不愿过多负重,非常想只带腰壶轻装上阵,快速拿下,所以我的装备准备了两套方案,还是怕赛事严格检查,因为水袋包、防风、头灯等都是赛前要求的强制装备。

我是装备党,织齐的装备能对付utmb;也是汗水党,我明白我想要的一切都只能用汗水去换取,所以今年的训练比往年认真得多。精良装备加精湛技术是我最崇尚的境界。

经过长途奔波,我们同班机一行4人是赛前一天晚七点过才到达赛事指定的三塔苑宾馆的,所以技术说明会也就没赶上,领完装备后,做好准备后就上床就寝了。最后还是决定按组委会要求的装备来准备的。提前别上了号码布、水袋包加了2瓶康师傅矿泉水计1.1升,白水肯定顶不住,所以又丢入三片电解质泡腾片,另外携带了驼峰650空壶一个,在水袋包饮用完后就切换到用水壶在补给站进行快速补给。建议装备中的手杖最后决定不拿,因为我平时从来没用过手杖训练,这对159美元买来的手杖一次没有用过,不能在比赛中做试验了,放弃。

5月24日号凌晨5点半醒来,洗漱排空后去餐厅看了下,没啥喜欢的东西,就喝了碗稀饭,些许榨菜丝,然后回房后又吃了几个自带的糕点,穿戴完毕一一复查后,又在床上躺着休息了下。7点出门,和众基友慢步到起点金翅鸟广场。站在广场向苍山一望,饿滴妈啊,这么高啊,看来只能硬着头皮上了。8点准时开枪,前面跑得算是比较快,配速5分出头,心率也高达150多,毕竟平地就海拔2000多还背了近3公斤重的包,刚过5公里就感觉可能吃太多有些胀气,小腹略有疼痛,放慢、按住,疼痛转移,只能停下来走几步再跑几步,仍然一直未得到彻底缓解,到了大理古城前的大上坡马路正好走跑结合进行调整,很快就到了天龙八部城旁边的CP1,此时水一口没喝,不需要补给,不停留,直接向传说中的CP2进发。

由于无杖,只能采用双手按膝一步两梯法,爬了几千个痛苦的石梯后,终于迎来了一段石板平路,小跑起来,很快剧烈的爬升开始了,坡度极大,各种路况——石块、丛林、土路、荆棘、草丛……纯原生态,多数路段仅能容许一人通过,爬升到3500米以上时,突然脑袋都有点犯晕,Salomon s-lab 12背包的胸带勒得我胸口发闷,赶紧全部松开,心跳虽不高,但总感觉在嘭々直跳,走不了一百米就得停下来缓几口气,喝点水,史上从未抽过筋的左腿在被跘了一下后居然有点要抽的迹象了,盐丸、乳酸丸赶紧补上。心想这时退都没法退啊,只能过一人的路上去难,下去更难,慢慢挪吧,距离CP2还有近3公里时水袋包就全部饮光了,好在山上风一个大,没啥汗也就不算太口渴了。期间不断被遇到的工作人员忽悠,“不远就是补给站了”、“还有500米就到”,经过漫々跋涉,终于终于到了位于大半山腰上钢架结构平台的CP2洗马潭,心里很高兴,一看表,这18公里路已花去5小时多,坐下来赶紧来瓶佳得乐,虽说一点不饿,也强行吃2片吐司,看着众多泡面吃得不亦乐乎的基友们,灌满我的驼峰水壶插在前胸,再要了一瓶可口可乐,穿上防风,出发!

虽说距离海拔最高点电视塔只有200米左右的高差了,绵延向上的乱石堆山路看着得有好几公里啊,经过小心翼翼的龟速挪动,终于到达苍山的制高点——海拔4092的电视塔,心里想终于要解脱了,可工作人员提示下山路况很差,要小心,又是乱石堆路,我又只能小心翼翼的下,眼望一干用杖和穿Hoka松糕鞋的男女基友蹦々跳々滴超越,下完乱石下石梯,终于下到能跑步的盘山防火道了,用MAF大法低心率低配速匀速跑起来,居然一点不累,一路坚持到cp3。先喝佳得乐,再吃八宝粥,胸壶加满向CP4进发,这是一段12km左右全下降的盘山路,由乱石、碎石组成,灰也比较大,采取全掌匀速法跑起来,配速在6分多、7分多,后面改用前掌法,速度提到5分4、50了,也不累啊,一口气就到了50km最后一个cp4,这20多公里的路,时间追了不少,也超了不少人。

到达cp4时,下午6点还差2分,关门时间50组为7点半,早得很,100组则是6点半,据说后面被关了不少。按照赛前说明,5点半后通过cp4就要检查头灯,没有的一律强退,差点不想拿的头灯居然派上了,看来尊重规则是多么重要啊。同行的一位基友就因没头灯被无情挡下了。

因为今年50组纳入skyrunning,所以已到山脚的cp4开始又安排了600多的爬升路段,当问清楚是600米的爬升而不是600米的路程心中一万匹奔腾的XX马呼啸而过,与一位深圳基友同行,居然还走错路,差点崩溃,好在错的不远,赶紧回头,他中途闹肚我只好继续只身,很快就追到不少基友,一路互相打气,竟然还越走越快,走在了最前面,咬牙爬升到半山的中和寺总算是结束了全部的上升路段,紧接是上山时同一段石板平路,然后再下数千石梯,下完石梯天已擦黑和成都一基友各自点亮头灯走了起来,完全不想跑了,一是银牌无望,但铜牌时间却富裕得很,要出古城时后面跑来一个貌似是cp3-cp4被我撞见抄过近路的某上海基友,心里略有不服,遂开始跑了起来,跑起来才感觉劲还是比较足的,没有太疲倦的感觉,因手表已在中和寺电池警报后强行停止记录了,也测不了配速,按感觉应该是6-7分,一路遇到不少一些早就完赛的基友已经在四处逛街了,不断向他们询问终点三塔苑的距离,“还有2公里多”、“一公里左右吧,有个亮灯的指示牌左转就是”。到三塔苑的支马路是个上坡,此时完全没有一点吃力,速度不减,一鼓作气冲到了拱门终点,至此全程耗时12小时40余分。天黑冲线的缺点就是拍出的照片不是花了就是身上反光条亮瞎了,几乎看不出人影了。收获铜牌一枚加小伙伴们掌声若干,以及心中莫大的满足。

装备篇

这次的装备还是准备得比较充分的,先说服饰,按从头到脚顺序:

全新的螺母MHW越野帽,超大帽沿顶部却超薄透气,用下来非常好,太阳大时帽沿放前面正常位,阴凉时帽沿调后反带增加视野;2XU 精英版长袖压缩衣,也是非常正确的选择,否则云南毒辣的阳光紫外线相当强烈,如只穿短袖沿途将被擦挂、晒伤无数,这在本地的训练是有过教训的,压缩衣外面套了一件Asics的短袖屌丝跑Tee,很多基友可能会问你怎么老穿这件,其实我有相同的2件,这件虽说非常屌丝廉价,但是修身版型,非常喜欢。下身也是准备的长短两套方案,最后决定短打上场,2XU的压缩短裤外套NB的5″跑裤,裤后有兜,正好放组委会发的GPS,Zoot的老款Ultra级压缩袜,这双袜子非常喜欢,压缩强劲,穿着舒适,这次穿Zoot的基友只发现一位,相当内行的装备党才懂这个品牌;鞋是专门为这次准备的中等极简的Saucony kinvara TR第一代,53公里下来,没有打一个泡和出任何状况,完全通过考验。防风带的Marmot老鼠家的Ion带帽防风仅140余克,性价比超高,皮肤风衣太薄怕山上顶不住这次没有携带,事实证明的确如此,我未痊愈的感冒经过山顶的一阵狂吹,第二天感冒又重新加重了。

配件有:Buff头巾,放在包里未用,其实山顶上应该用上。Salomon s-lab露指越野手套,越野必备,可以大胆抓树抓物,还能方便操作触屏手机,手背为毛巾材料,可以揩汗。Oakley墨镜,必备,云南的太阳不是一般的大,我比较钟爱此品牌,买有多付,尤其变态的只喜欢白架子。

水袋包为Salomon S-lab 12,本想换新包UltrAspire Omega,但还未在训练中开光,不敢贸然在比赛中使用,此包与身体比较贴合,基本无晃动,容量大携带足,水袋可装1.5L。缺点是价格偏高而部分用料不扎实。

头灯带了2个,将200流明的Mammut X-shot主灯借给了同城参赛美女(也顺利完赛哟),自己使用的是90流明的备用灯mammut T-peak,亮度刚好达到越野赛最低要求,而且要比x-shot 轻近一半的重量。平时我都用这个灯。

能量食品携带了最后的2只胶,五月初在英国威格买的2盒直到赛前都未收到,整个比赛就吃了一支,其他带的如组委会发的士力架、自己带的能量棒等啥都没吃,我真是超耐饿选手,cp2带的可乐到终点前才喝完,cp3拿的一支香蕉放兜里一直就没吃,甚至经过12多小时左奔袭冲线后都没啥饥饿感,最后完全是强迫自己吃了碗泡面就回屋休息了。但我对水的需求相当大,佳得乐得喝了有7、8瓶,全程只撒了一泡尿。

总结篇

赛前想法较天真,没有预想到这么强烈的爬升和一定的高反,2000没事人到了3000、3500、4000就难说了。不过在CP2休整吃喝后,感觉慢慢调整、适应了,但撑到CP2需要一定的意志力,很多退赛的基友基本就集中在CP2和Cp4。虽说有些图样图森破,但我平时训练还算比较扎实,装备上也没有大的失误,虽不能达到预定成绩,仍可以在关门前顺利完赛,所以自始至终没有任何退赛的想法和念头,体能也较充沛,下山不停歇奔跑的20多公里追了不少基友,也有赖于平时的MAF训练。明年未必会再出现在苍山之巅(要跑别的地儿),但我继续探索的脚步决不会停止。

基友篇

基友一生一起走,那些日子不再有。跑的本质是孤独的,能携手同行的基友总是给予我们莫大的内心力量。这次见到了很多久违的好友,首届重马就擦肩而过的 @lele王乐,他的《跑进330》对我马拉松训练有了很多启发和思考;马上要去UTMB的 @海城老街 携实力美女参赛;刚刚从波士顿马拉松回来的 @云南牛人 马亮武;还有在上CP2一路互相帮扶的 @关雅荻liveBravely;在我cp2前弹尽粮绝倒给我佳得乐的同城美女@丁香一般;离开CP4一起迷路的某深圳基友,后面还遇到实力不俗的成都铁人美女、下山时一起步行的成都基友赖丹。还有很多很多一时记不起名字的男女基友。以及早餐时遇到的2个非人类的尼泊尔选手,此二人分别夺走50、100两个冠军,耗时已经到了不可思议的程度。期待与你们还有新的朋友在下一次再相遇。《一代宗师》有句台词说得非常好:世间所有的相遇,都是久别重逢。
