周末跑山记
今晨出门前，很是挣扎，到底是跑山呢还是跑路，斗争了很久，按习惯，我周末都会跑山，但前天失败的节奏跑让我耿耿于怀，当天本计划12公里节奏，前面还好，未有异样，一路想着冠希老师牛逼的4′34″的配速，不觉也比计划的速度略快了少许，但第八公里时一个上坡冲完，顿时崩溃，双腿再也抡不快了，胸口也觉得突然发紧，速度骤降，最后只好酱油跑回家。如果跑路，则应练习LSD，跑山则要准备带点水和食物，最后思来想去，还是决定跑山，主要原因是从未这么早去跑山。
我所说的山，是本地政府近年来花巨资新建的一个森林公园，离我不算远，主入口跑步距离差不多3公里，公园内环境相当优美，所谓森林公园，植物就不说了，单说路面，全部为华丽々的新型改性沥青路面，还有专门的自行车塑胶车道，公里内线路众多，主线路一个来回差不多十公里，但此公园建在山上，大小坡连绵不绝，几乎可以说没有平路，尤其是去程，无尽的上坡容易直接让人崩溃，有些坡我看平时骑车的都蹬不太上去，总之，相当考验人。要想跑下来，必须要把速度放慢些，几个大上坡一定要咬牙坚持。
六点准时出发，天还是黑的，跑到公园门口，没有发现一个人影，虽有路灯，但公园方可能为省电，每两盏才开一盏，甚是黑暗，好在天气非常好，月亮高挂，还能看到星々，大马路上也没什么好怕的，就算撞到鬼我也不怕——未必有我跑得快。
跑了几公里，愣是没碰到一个人，哈哈，看来整个公园被我独享，今天的空气太好了，这样的天气在一年也不多见，已是隆冬，连续几日的阴雨让气温宕到了低谷，只有4度，这在我这个南方城市来说，已经是极冷了，我穿了长袖跑T和七分紧身跑裤，虽说也出了些汗，最后跑到家感觉身体都没怎么发热。
我习惯在洗完澡后再冲几次冷水，我又挣扎了，这46度的热水冲起来好舒服，关闭，改冲4度的冷水那是多么的让人恐惧，一咬牙还是冲，冷啊，好在长年的坚持身体已经习惯了，除了冷也没什么其他问题，一直要等到来年的四月才会有熬出头的感觉。
