HDBits 的隐秘非流行
三联曾想做一期《Prison Break》的封面故事，标题很耸动，叫《“越狱”在中国的隐秘流行》，毕竟牛不过《大国崛起》后来只好做了封底故事。所以很早前我也想跟着写一篇，叫《HDbits 在中国的隐秘流行》，但 HDbits 拢共才两万一千用户，根据其统计数据，包括部分像我这样故意把国籍填成乌干达的变态，中国人满打满算不过两千人左右，谈得上隐秘但根本谈不上流行，再加上后来俺的号被砍，就没再想过这事了。
为什么被砍号呢，因为我对 HDbits 这样的站并不好奇，像我这样的老 BTer n年前就见过这种用同样的程序、同样的 Ratio 制度的 BT 站了，主要以专业毛片站为主──当然都是在国外，那是相当滴合法。它们和 HDBits 的区别除了没总人数限制，其他的制度都基本一样，从另一侧面等于是说毛片站的服务器及带宽普遍强于 HDBits。但我知道 HDBits 肯定将比他们火，因为它身上具有两个网络时尚元素──邀请制和HD（高清），HD 注定将成为或即将成为下一代的网络视频主流。
因为俺家里很早就装了一根大水管，前几天朋友又给发了邀请，这次注册时却发现要回答三个变态问题（都是 HD 视频方面的），答错即邀请报废──导致我又浪费邀请一枚。换邮箱朋友又发一个，再进不去真对不住人了。既然进去了，好吧，还是好好下载上传利用一番吧，把账号保住先。
根据 HDBits 的规则，至少从默认的 720p 等级混到 1080i 才有点自由的权利，账号也算基本保住。以前的条件是注册四周以上，上传>50G，Ratio>1.05。要升到 1080p 就更不太容易了，上传>250G，Ratio>2。最高等级 UHD 就更难了，上传>500G，Ratio>3。翻了下统计，中国的 UHD 还真不少，近300人。可能是 HDbits 高层看出这种大家都争当雷锋的苗头也不太对，最近悄然在 FAQ 中将升级制度中的上传换成了下载，比如现在的 1080p = dl>500G + ratio>1.4 了，全站的 1080p 和 UHD 骤然减少，中国的 1080p 加 UHD 也只各剩一页左右了。
不管如何，在 HDBits 官方公布的各项数据中，以国家为分类的统计中国基本稳坐前几把交椅──已经很疯狂了，想想中国的用户数只有排第一的瑞典和第二的美国的一半左右。如果 HDBits 不是有人数限制的话，被雷锋们抢滩是很有可能的了。
所以我觉得有必要再好好的来看一下 HDBits 现象了── 一切都与别处大相径庭：不要担心下载速度，下载的速度取决于你的水管粗细，而且一般情况是在很短时间就可以飚到你的峰值，在这儿需要操心的上传，拿一部当季一集高清美剧（1.5G 左右）的发布为例，如果你在 Torrent 发布后稍犹豫个三五分钟的时间内可能就已经出种了，所以在一群大水管尤其是国外大水管的包围下抢到上传速度是多么不容易──咱们就输在个出口带宽上了。和现在很多变了味下了就跑谁上传谁 SB 的 BT 站相比，粗俗点说，这儿是一堆种子等着 SB 来下载，这些种子都为 SB 来下载能抢到一点上传量而窃喜。
真是的 HDBits 技术上先进很多么？我并看不出，我想 HDBits 的热门仅仅是由热门的 HD 聚集了一堆各国的大水管而热门。在这儿你只管关闭上传下载限制就行了──仔细想想吧，这并不是先进而是一种回归，在 Bram Cohen 发明 BitTorrent 之初的客户端是没有速度限制功能的，并且在之后很长一段时间 Cohen 拒绝为官方客户端添加速度限制功能──这就是到了○二、○三年后官方版没什么人用的原因之一。再加上它的小圈子的封闭性和一种相对严格的 Ratio 制度，这就是为什么人们在这里不得不回归的原因吧。
- 水管至少 10M（小水管别去了，根本混不走的，结果只有被砍）
- 至少懂些英文（注册时就有三个问题，答错两题邀请即告报废）
- 对 HD 有爱好（最好硬盘大点，不然两部 HD 就给你塞满了）
注意，你的邮箱写在邮箱栏就行了只有我能看到，不要写出来，邀请信不一定很及时就发给你，而是要根据 HDBits 每天删号的情况才能发送，总人数满时有邀请也发不出来的。

大陆ip的同学就不要再问了，因为除了少数老会员外，hdbits已经全面封杀了大陆的ip，所以给你邀请码是等同浪费。
ps：hdbits对中国会员的封杀真的很过分，我知道好几个老会员都是因为ratio太高被直接砍掉的！作雷锋也有错…
（当然这也是拜我们国人中的某败类所赐，给hdbits站长一个很好的借口）
