现代科技让人类实现了飞的梦想，但，仍需借助工具——这远不如自身就能飞起来更让人兴奋。理性的人类开始选择运动，在运动中挣脱束缚，在运动中忘掉自我。就好如我们在奔跑之中，腾空的那一刹那，我们也算是摆脱了束缚，暂时脱离了地表。不知各位在奔跑可曾有过如此的体会，我曾过为数不多的感受过：脚步加快的过程中，身体顿时变得轻盈，好像飘了起来。 但，持续不了多久，肌肉的酸痛就会打破这飘々欲仙的感觉——所谓快感，总是稍纵即逝，或者换句话说，精神的快感，总是来自肉体的痛楚。
于是，我开始明白，人的自由取决你挣脱了多少的束缚。你在空中停留得愈久，你获得的自由就愈大。这个自由不是唾手可得的，需要高度的对身体的控制与突破，我一直认为，人的最高界限就是对自己精确而精准的控制，我发现，在这一时刻，精神甚至会消失，这一点在竞技体育、极限运动中能得到很好的体现，无论是什么项目，都需要通过长期的、反复的刻苦的训练，才能在赛场上、运动中精准的控制自己的身体，才能在最危急的瞬间做出准确判断，而且那一瞬往往是无意识的、条件反射式的。
每每看到视频中那些艺高人胆大的极限高手们，我不禁由衷的赞叹和佩服，他们没有帝国主义物质高度发达后的自我膨胀和自我满足，他们要向更高、更强、更难进发，他们在完成亚非拉人民不能也不敢的梦——他们有能力、有条件率先“飞”起来，虽然装备精良，仍然刻苦训练，不做无谓牺牲，但困难面前也不会轻易退缩。看着他们一个个自如地在悬崖上绝壁边腾空而起，真正做到了精良装备与精湛技术的完美结合，这一刻，物质与精神是完美统一的；这一刻，他们拥有了比常人更大的自由。
低头看看自己与周围，可怜呐，我们飞不起来，我们仍像虫子一样在地面上爬行，更可悲的是我们中的很多人安于此，乐于此，压根就从未意识和思考过“飞”对于人的意义。
再跑快一点吧，步子再大一点吧，好歹我们能多感受零点几几秒的自由。
很实在，将奋进的心态和勤劳的躯体结合才能真正的体现出自由。
